Order Processing
All of our wood carvings are carefully inspected and prepared before shipping.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Custom or personalized carvings: 5–10 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Selected international destinations
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

At World Curvings Art Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are handcrafted, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made carvings
- Personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
