Returns Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- It must be in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition you received it.

- The item must not show signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse.
- You must contact us and inform us about the issue causing you to send the item back.
Please do not send a product back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Custom-made or specially commissioned carvings
- Personalized products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items damaged as a result of improper handling or misuse
- Products returned without prior authorization

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package our products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.
Refunds Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective item.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer require the product, you are generally responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, World Curvings Art Shop will cover the reasonable return shipping costs, where applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item’s eligibility under this policy.
For custom-made or personalized products, exchanges may not be available.
Important Notice About Handcrafted Products
Many of our products are individually handcrafted. Because of this, minor variations in color, texture, grain, markings, shape, or finish may occur. These natural variations are characteristics of handmade artwork and should not automatically be considered defects.
Where an item has been damaged during shipping or differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so that we can assess the issue.
